To create a new folder, click the plus (+) sign at the top right corner, and then choose “Folder” from the drop-down. To access a folder, click on “Your Projects” in your Canva dashboard, in the left navigation panel.

To add a font, click the button that says “Upload a font” next to the “Brand fonts” section inside Brand Kit. But if you happen to use a brand font that is not available on Canva, then you can upload that font (provided you have the license to use that font and you have the font files.)Īgain, this feature is only available to Canva Pro users. If you’re not on Canva Pro, feel free to sign up for a 45-day free Canva Pro trial using my affiliate link. To change a font, simply choose a different font from the dropdowns. If you want to delete a logo, hover over it, then click the three dots that appear. If you want to delete a color, hover your mouse over it, and you’ll see a cross-sign. As for the fonts, you can choose three: header font, subheader font, and body font.
Use the “plus” sign under logos and colors to add new items. Once on that window, you’ll see three separate fields: Go to, and then click on the “Brand Kit” tab on the left navigation panel (refer to the image above.) You cannot set up brand logos or fonts with a free account. You can also have only three colors in your palette. If you’re on a free Canva plan, then you can only have one brand kit and one color palette. Or, if you’re a freelancer and have many clients, then you can set up multiple brand kits for each of your clients. This is super useful if you have more than one blog or business. With a Canva Pro account, you can even have an unlimited number of color palettes and an unlimited number of color swatches.
With this, you can save your brand colors, fonts, logos, etc., so you can easily access and apply them to your designs. I mean, aren’t all Canva features?īut still, the brand kit feature is a total life-saver. The brand kit feature is there to save you time, be more productive and efficient when creating graphics or printables.
